Example: ordering a clinically appropriate three-month medication supply?

Apply available banked membership dollars toward the eligible purchase, then apply that month’s available Health Optimization Credit too. The Health Optimization Credit itself is not a banked balance; the Elite team will confirm current eligibility, monthly use, and expiration details before purchase.
