The treatment

Care, in conversation

Hormone care grounded in evaluation and monitoring.

Women’s hormone care begins with your history, symptoms, and appropriate laboratory evaluation. If clinically appropriate, your provider can discuss individualized options—including pellets—and a monitoring plan.

What it is

Women’s hormone optimization is an individualized medical pathway for concerns that may arise during perimenopause, menopause, surgical menopause, or other clinically evaluated transitions.

How it works

History, symptoms, appropriate laboratory assessment, current medicines, individual risk factors, and thyroid context when clinically relevant are reviewed together. If treatment is appropriate, formulation, route, monitoring, and follow-up are selected for the patient rather than from a universal protocol.

A woman’s hormone conversation begins with history, symptoms, appropriate testing, and an individualized plan.

This page is educational and does not determine individual candidacy. A medical consultation is required before treatment planning.

What it may address

Start with your concern, not a trend.

01

Hormonal transitions

02

Sleep disturbances

03

Unexplained fatigue

04

Mood fluctuations

What to expect

The first six months are an optimization phase, not an automatic prescription. Follow-up focuses on symptoms, laboratory findings, tolerability, safety considerations, and whether the plan should change. After clinical stability, eligible patients may move to quarterly maintenance.

01

Consultation

Symptoms, history, goals, current therapies, and risk factors are reviewed.

02

Assessment

Appropriate laboratory testing helps establish clinical context.

03

Treatment discussion

Potential routes may include transdermal, oral, injectable, or pellet options when appropriate.

04

Initial optimization

The first 6 months provide a monthly structure for management, monitoring, and individualized adjustments when needed.

05

Maintenance

After clinical stability, eligible patients may transition to a $150 follow-up visit generally scheduled at least every 3 months. Labs remain separate.

Who it may fit

Candidacy is individual.

Evaluation may be helpful for hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, energy, brain fog, mood, libido, genitourinary symptoms, or body-composition changes. Symptoms alone do not determine treatment.

Before your first visit

Prepare for the conversation, not a preset plan.

A little preparation can help your provider understand the full picture. You do not need to decide on a treatment before this visit.

  1. 01

Bring your current medication + supplement list

Include prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, supplements, and any hormones or wellness therapies you are currently using.

  2. 02

Gather prior records if you have them

Prior laboratory results, treatment history, or relevant records can be helpful for discussion. The Elite team will guide any needed next steps.

  3. 03

Note what you would like to discuss

Consider changes you have noticed, your goals, questions, and anything that may have changed since prior care. Your provider will place each detail in clinical context.

  4. 04

    Expect an individualized plan

Consultation, appropriate laboratory planning, candidacy, treatment options, and timing are decided with your provider—not by this checklist or an online booking.

Please do not send medical records, laboratory results, or medication details through the website. Bring or discuss them privately at your visit as directed by the Elite team.
