The treatment

Pellet care, clarified

Sustained hormone delivery with transparent options and monitoring.

Pellet therapy is one hormone-delivery option for appropriate women and men. Elite separates complete Pellet Optimization from à la carte insertion so patients can understand exactly what is included.

What it is

Hormone pellets are placed beneath the skin during a brief in-office procedure and provide sustained hormone delivery over a period of months.

How it works

Consultation and baseline labs help determine whether pellets are appropriate. After insertion, symptoms and follow-up laboratory findings guide ongoing management and future dosing; pellets are not the only HRT route.

Consultation, laboratory context, insertion, and follow-up are explained before treatment is selected.

This page is educational and does not determine individual candidacy. A medical consultation is required before treatment planning.

What it may address

Start with your concern, not a trend.

01

A preference for sustained hormone delivery

02

Reducing a daily medication routine

03

Clinically evaluated hormone concerns

04

A need for structured monitoring

What to expect

The treatment area is numbed before insertion. The Elite material describes keeping the site dry for 24 hours, avoiding soaking for five days, and avoiding hard lower-body exercise for 48–72 hours. Insertion is performed in clinic; eligible hormone consultations may be available by telehealth where permitted.

01

01 · Consult + labs

History, symptoms, risk factors, and baseline laboratory information are reviewed.

02

02 · Insertion

A brief in-office procedure is performed after the treatment area is numbed.

03

03 · Sustained delivery

Pellets provide hormone delivery over a period of months.

04

04 · Follow-up

Symptoms and laboratory results guide ongoing dosing and future treatment.

Who it may fit

Candidacy is individual.

Pellets may appeal to patients who prefer not to follow a daily routine, but they are not appropriate for everyone and are not inherently superior to other hormone-delivery routes.

Pairs well with

Women’s or men’s hormone-optimization care

02

Ongoing laboratory and symptom monitoring

Elite Membership is optional and separate from pellet therapy. Active pellet patients receive Essentials-level discount benefits on aesthetic treatments, skincare, and supplements while active, but no monthly Elite Bank credit is included unless they separately enroll in a paid membership. When laboratory testing is separate, laboratory services may also be billed through insurance when available. Listed cash amounts are discounted cash prices negotiated through the clinic; coverage and patient responsibility may vary. In New York, laboratory fees are paid directly to the laboratory.

Before your first visit

Prepare for the conversation, not a preset plan.

A little preparation can help your provider understand the full picture. You do not need to decide on a treatment before this visit.

  1. 01

Bring your current medication + supplement list

Include prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, supplements, and any hormones or wellness therapies you are currently using.

  2. 02

Gather prior records if you have them

Prior laboratory results, treatment history, or relevant records can be helpful for discussion. The Elite team will guide any needed next steps.

  3. 03

Note what you would like to discuss

Consider changes you have noticed, your goals, questions, and anything that may have changed since prior care. Your provider will place each detail in clinical context.

  4. 04

    Expect an individualized plan

Consultation, appropriate laboratory planning, candidacy, treatment options, and timing are decided with your provider—not by this checklist or an online booking.

Please do not send medical records, laboratory results, or medication details through the website. Bring or discuss them privately at your visit as directed by the Elite team.

Optional membership pathway

Pellet care works with or without membership.

Elite Membership is not required for pellet therapy. Pellet patients who are active in Hormone Optimization may receive the applicable Essentials-level discount benefits as part of their active program.

This program benefit does not include paid Elite Membership enrollment, monthly Elite Bank credit, or additional paid-member benefits unless you enroll separately.
